BOARDING TERMS & CONDITIONS

A current inoculation certificate must be shown prior to acceptance.

First time customers only, we ask for a booking fee of £12 per cat. This will be deducted from your final account. For subsequent bookings no booking fee will be required, but the cancellation policy still applies.

Your booking may be cancelled anytime as late as two weeks before the start of it. If on the other hand, the booking is cancelled within the two weeks 50% of the fee will be payable, within one week 100% will be payable.

Long term stay over 1 month (30 days) – 10% discount.

Minimum fee is 3 days charge.

You pay at the end of the stay. Unfortunately we have had to instil a cancellation charge of 50% of the lost booking if there is a ‘no show' on the day.

Extra Costs incurred during stay must be paid for on collection.

A minimum charge of five days board will be made at Easter, Christmas and New Year. Owners collecting their cats before the end of the period booked will be charged in full.

A full day's board is charged for the days of arrival and departure to allow for the hygienic cleaning and preparation of the chalets and exercise areas.
